By accessing or using cricado.com or the Cricado mobile app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Cricado provides live cricket scores, scorecards, commentary, fixtures, standings, statistics, news, and tools for organizing and following local leagues and tournaments. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or content at scale without written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload malicious code or submit false, misleading, or abusive content.

5. User content

If you submit content such as tournament details, team information, or match scoring, you retain ownership of it but grant Cricado a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you submit.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, logos, and original content, is owned by Cricado or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

7. Third-party content and advertising

The Service may display advertising and links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Advertising is subject to the policies of the ad networks we use, including Google.

8. Accuracy of information

We work to keep scores and statistics accurate and timely, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. See our Disclaimer for details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricado will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on data provided through the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
